Acceptance of Terms

Account Eligibility
Registration and use of the b9gama Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which are non-negotiable:
You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Where the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction prescribes a higher minimum age, that higher minimum shall apply. b9gama operates an adults-only policy without exception. Evidence of age may be requested at any time as part of the KYC process.
You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Each individual may maintain only one registered account. Account Registration & KYC Verification
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory component of the account lifecycle on b9gama. KYC is required to confirm identity, verify minimum age, prevent fraudulent account use and support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

- The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable maximum withdrawal limit in effect at the time of the request.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Illustrative example: a bonus of PKR 5,000 subject to a 30× wagering requirement must generate PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. All figures in promotional materials are illustrative unless confirmed in a specific offer document.
While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round applies — illustratively set at PKR 500 per spin or PKR 1,000 per sports bet. Exceeding this limit constitutes bonus abuse and may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games and virtual sports may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are published in the applicable promotional terms.

Sports betting odds are presented in decimal format unless otherwise specified. Decimal odds represent the total return per unit staked, including the original stake. Prohibited Conduct

b9gama reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take all necessary steps to protect the integrity of the Platform, including cooperation with law enforcement authorities.
Responsible Gambling

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from b9gama.
Any unauthorised use of Platform content — including scraping, systematic downloading or reproduction of game catalogues, odds data or editorial content — constitutes a violation of these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b9gama and its officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Gambling losses, whether resulting from Platform use or reliance on information published on the Platform;
- Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, infrastructure failures or force majeure events;
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
- Loss of data or account access resulting from user-side security failures, including compromised passwords;
- Any consequence arising from a user's failure to comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. b9gama makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of any third-party information presented therein.
Account Suspension & Closure
b9gama reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC;
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 10;
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraudulent activity or illegal conduct;
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — refer to current Platform documentation);
- Court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request.
Upon account closure for cause, b9gama reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation. Where closure occurs without cause, accessible balances will be returned to the user via their last verified payment method, subject to applicable processing fees and applicable legal requirements.
Amendments to These Terms
b9gama reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the Platform's notification system, by email to the registered address on record, or by prominent display of an updated effective date on this page.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. b9gama recommends reviewing this document at least once per month if you are an active Platform user.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the b9gama Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed, as specified in the operator's published licensing documentation.
In the event of a dispute between you and b9gama, you are encouraged to contact the Platform's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. b9gama is committed to addressing user complaints promptly and fairly.
